Miriam
Hot Vinyasa Flow
Movement and sport have always been the most effective way for me to do something good for both my mind and body. Yoga gives me the opportunity to explore new things and challenge myself without pushing too hard. It is important to me to approach the asanas with a sense of humor and lightness, and to enjoy the practice. I want to get to know my body and mind more deeply without needing to be perfect, and to carry these principles with me beyond the mat.

Ulf
Hot Yoga
Through yoga I seek inner harmonie that gets lost during our daily life. Hot Yoga, however, goes one step further resulting in inner harmony and internal communication on a cellular level. Sharing this has been my mission for over 20 years.

Lisa
Hot Yoga ・Hot Pilates
I love Hot Yoga so much. There is a quietness and presence within this practice that I find deeply grounding. It allows me to release everything that feels heavy in the mind and simply let go, surrender, and say “yes” to life.
And when I’m not teaching from the podium, I’m most likely right there on the mat beside you, letting myself be carried by the practice.

Maria
Hot Yoga
For me, Hot Yoga is the key to balancing my mind and body and finding my personal balance. I am eternally grateful to be able to sharethis practice with others.

David
Hot Vinyasa Slow ・ Hot Yin Yoga
Yoga offers me a mindful and sustainable way of relating to myself and my surroundings. It helps me stay present in the here and now and accept myself as I am. At the same time, it supports me in allowing growth and broadening my perspective.
In my practice, I value the balance between the desire for progress and a humorous, patient attitude toward my body and mind.

Sarah
Inferno Hot Pilates
My passion lies in connecting deeply with my body through physical training. I want to share this experience with others and support my clients in discovering their strength and presence. I completed my training personally with Gabi Walters. Inferno Hot Pilates is characterized by precise breathing cues, which clearly sets it apart from classical Pilates or Hot Pilates.

For me, yoga and sport represent a universal principle: the more you manage to give your best, free from expectations of any results, the greater your inner freedom will be in the end. Consciously doing body work (which can mean just breathing) is the key to letting go of unnecessary identifications.
