Hot Pilates & Inferno Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is an intense yet joint-friendly workout in a room heated to around 35°C. You work exclusively with your own body weight on the mat. Static and dynamic sequences build strength, stability and endurance, while the warmth supports mobility and focus.
Inferno Hot Pilates follows the classic method by Gabi Walters and combines Pilates principles with HIIT elements and music. The class is structured, powerful and sweaty, yet remains low impact and mat-based.
These classes are ideal if you want to train with power, work precisely, improve your posture and add an intense yet joint-friendly complement to your yoga practice.
