Hot Yoga

Yin Yoga

Experience Yin Yoga at hot spot. Yin Yoga works deep into our bodies with passive, longer-held poses. Although it isn’t extremely hot, this energetic practice builds flexibility.

In this class, you’ll hold each pose for three to five minutes, giving the deeper, less flexible tissues in your body time to stretch. As a result, your overall flexibility and range of motion will improve.

Hot Yin Yoga

Experience the transformative power of Hot Yin Yoga, where the focus is not on “stretching to the limit” or maximum muscle contraction. On the contrary, through the slow and sustained immersion into various poses, lateral and peripheral muscle groups are engaged much more than the primary muscle groups. This not only improves flexibility but also enhances nutrient absorption and generally boosts the metabolism in the tissues.

Since the stretching is “gentle,” the muscles and body do not dominate as much as they do in other yoga practices. Instead, what emerges in depth becomes visible: emotions, beliefs, thought patterns, and avoidance mechanisms. Experience a gentle introduction to the world of Hot Yoga with our Hot 'n Easy class, suitable for everyone in our temperate practice room. This session is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day, as well as a wonderful morning routine that leaves you with enough energy and endurance for the rest of the day. Based on the exercises and sequence of the classic Hot Yoga class, this class serves as an ideal entry point into Hot Yoga. However, it is also its own unique session that demands less while still offering plenty of relaxation and health benefits.

This one-hour class in comfortable warmth comes closest to the concept of "wellness." The room temperature is not as overwhelming as in a traditional sauna, allowing you to engage in physical activity. Furthermore, the pleasant warmth is perfect for allowing the exercises to take effect, thereby benefiting your mind, psyche, and health during this yoga session!
