Hot Yin Yoga
Hot Yin Yoga is an invitation to let go.
A gentle, meditative practice in a pleasantly heated room at around 35°C, where you hold postures for a long time, allow the body to soften and sink into your inner depth.
Instead of activity, the focus here is on allowing things to unfold.
You give your body time to open the deeper layers of connective tissue, fascia and joints, and to release tension.
This class supports you if you want to:

regenerate, slow down and find calm

improve your flexibility, both physically and internally

feel more emotionally balanced and centered

add a quiet complement to your stronger practice
Hot Yin is our softer counterpart, a space for stillness, depth and the comfort of slowness.
